Useful tips for KA101 and KA102 projects-1
1) Participating Institutions and Organizations Department
The mission and vision of the organization can be added. In addition to Erasmus + projects, national projects or training received by your institution (eg EPALE) may be added. The project execution team can be clearly explained. Persons who have participated and contributed to other projects can be added to the executive team.
2) Department Of European Development Plan
What are the main needs and objectives of your organization in the field of European mobility and cooperation?
When writing targets, not only one-year targets but also longer-term targets should be written. For example, if we say that we plan to reduce the problem of early school drop-out at our school to 3% in one year, this may not be realistic. A general assessment of the project subject should be made. It should be made available to the experts who will evaluate the project in which they are actually working. Without going into too much detail, a convincing source scan can be outlined.
The relevant parts are more effective if the paragraph is written in paragraph form rather than a single paragraph when filling in the form.
For example,
Paragraph 1
The project subject can be explained by drawing a general framework.
Paragraph 2
Throughout the European Union, the European Union priorities should be linked to the project subject. Statistical information can be given with reference to the Strategic Document 2020-2030 of the European Union.
Paragraph 3
The current situation and needs can be mentioned in the province, district or school. The stages of acquisition of needs can be mentioned. In other words, how the needs of the project are determined must be expressed and justified. It can be stated how the problem identified as the subject of the project is noticed.
Paragraph 4
Which activities in the project address which needs? The answer to the question is searchable.
Horizontal gains can also be mentioned. Horizontal acquisitions are called an individual and institutional gains such as foreign language acquisition and working with the group while achieving the main objectives of the project. These gains should not override the actual gains.
3) Identify the main areas of activity of your organization and describe how it will be developed. For example; improving staff and management competencies, training and teaching contents, methods and tools, improving key competences and skills of staff and learners, developing sustainable cross-border cooperation, and so on. reflect on your plans.
In this section, the answers to the questions about how to reach the specific objectives mentioned in the first section and how to meet the special needs are sought.
Paragraph 1
The special needs mentioned in the first section can be summarized.
Paragraph 2
What kind of activities are envisaged to meet the needs of the paragraph and to achieve the objectives? This should be explained.
For example, it can be stated how many participants will take which courses.
Through the courses that are planned to be attended, participants should indicate in which areas they will develop their competence. These competencies can be educational content, methods, and tools. In other words, in a KA101 project, the question hangi I am sending the teacher to the course, which question will I fulfill with these courses? should be answered.
Paragraph 3
If “international capacity know is mentioned in the previous chapters, for example, you can talk about the participation of projects or new projects in the future. The question of how this will be done and how these works will be sustained should be answered.
4) Please identify the specific objectives of this project: what identified needs, objectives and key areas do you target through the activities described in this project proposal?
The number of activities should be written. For example, if you set 10 objectives and 5 activities are written, the likelihood of the project being accepted is reduced.
The specific goal to be achieved as a result of each domestic and international activity should be written.
The requirements will be written again in this section. However, if a need not mentioned above is mentioned for the first time, the consistency of the project will be weakened. The above should be summarized again. Local activities should also be mentioned in the outcome-target relationship.
Activity 1
Courses can be mentioned. Which needs will be met or what specific objectives will be achieved with this activity? For example, if there is a deficiency in early school leaving, it should be stated that it will be eliminated.
Activity 2
It may be a local activity related to the project subject and which need will be met by this activity? For example, seminars, courses, etc.
5) If relevant, please briefly describe this application’s other activities in the field of European and international mobility and cooperation.
If the school has been involved in a project in the previous years or if a staff member has been involved in a project, a summary can be provided. Experience and gains can be explained. In the first part, when talking about all kinds of projects, there should be only European Union projects.
